An Individualized Approach

At Strategic Health Chiropractic, chiropractic care is tailored to your examination findings, health history, comfort and goals. Our doctors use a variety of hands-on and lower-force techniques to address musculoskeletal complaints involving the spine and extremities and to help improve comfort, mobility and function.

If you are uncomfortable with traditional chiropractic adjustments, let your doctor know. Our chiropractors are trained in a variety of manual, lower-force and instrument-assisted approaches, and techniques can be adapted based on your comfort, preferences and clinical needs.

When appropriate, chiropractic care may be combined with Soft Tissue Therapy and Corrective Exercises to address mobility, strength and movement and support progress toward your individual goals.

Why Our Approach is Different

  • Multiple treatment options, including lower-force techniques

  • Care for both spine and extremity complaints

  • Treatment adapted to your comfort and preferences

  • Integration of hands-on care, soft-tissue treatment and rehabilitation

  • Progress assessed throughout your plan of care

Chiropractic care is commonly associated with the neck and back, but our doctors also evaluate musculoskeletal complaints involving the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles and other joints when appropriate.

Helping you move freely, feel stronger, and live without limits.

"Dr. Chan is great. I saw 3 other physical therapists prior over the years and none could help my knee. He diagnosed the issue in the first visit and had me feeling better almost right away. He puts in the work to stay on top of recent research and is willing to change his techniques if there is better evidence out there. I always feel I'm getting the best, most up to date care."
