AUTO ACCIDENT COVERAGE
Auto-injury billing depends on the applicable policy, claim status, available benefits, and other claim circumstances.

WASHINGTON WORK-INJURY CLAIMS
Coverage for work-related injuries is determined through Washington L&I or the applicable self-insured employer.
Authorization, claim acceptance, provider status, and service coverage may affect billing.
