What Happens at Your First Appointment?
During your new-patient evaluation, your doctor may:

Review your symptoms, health history, activities, and goals

Discuss how the problem affects work, sleep, exercise, or daily life

Perform an orthopedic, neurologic, spinal, extremity, or movement-based examination

Explain the important findings

Discuss whether chiropractic care appears appropriate

Review treatment, imaging, or referral options

Begin care when clinically appropriate

Establish goals and a plan for reassessment

What to Bring
Please bring:

Auto-insurance and claim information for collision cases

L&I or self-insured claim information for work injuries

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily
Gowns or other appropriate clothing are available when needed.
