YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
New-patient appointments are scheduled for approximately 60 minutes.
Conversation and history
Your doctor will ask about your symptoms, medical history, work, exercise, previous injuries, and goals.
Examination
Your examination may include: range of motion, orthopedic testing, neurologic screening, strength or control testing, palpation, spinal and extremity assessment, and functional movement.
Explanation of findings
Your doctor will discuss:

✔ The working clinical impression
✔ Whether chiropractic care appears appropriate
✔ Whether imaging or referral should be considered
✔ Available treatment options
✔ Goals and reassessment points
Treatment
Treatment may begin during the first visit when clinically appropriate and sufficient time is available.

RE-EXAMINATIONS

✔ Whether referral is needed
✔ Whether you are ready for self-management
