what to expect

We start with a comprehensive examination to identify the root cause of your injury or complaint.  We do not perform x-rays or imaging in office but if they are necessary we will refer you to the appropriate facility.

Our main goals is to help you understand your complaints and know your options.  We customize your treatments which can include specific manual therapy, individualized prescribed rehab exercises, and necessary activity modifications to help correct underlying causes of your complaint and to help prevent future injuries. A strategic treatment plan tailored to your individual needs means faster recovery time.
